I didn't realize that simply teasing my coworkers was causing them emotional distress. You never know your coworkers personal life outside of work. creating a more positive work place helps your staff get along with each other. I never show favoritism or try to compare one worker with another. Everyone has is different work speed and production levels. That is what I learned from this book.
