Jon Kabat-Zinn is a charming narrator, with a soothing voice & a gentle sense of humor. This audiobook is a graceful introduction to the purpose and philosophy of meditation, and includes two guided meditations. His book Full Catastrophe Living is a good follow-up to this audiobook. (Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD is founding Executive Director of the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts)
