Research-based, practical, yet powerful strategies from one of the world's leading experts on positive psychology. It helped me immensely!

Thorough and sound advice, but didn't resonate with me for some reason.

I've never read a "self-help" book before, and this was a bit like one I think. It shared all this research into happiness and then provided some practical suggestions how to apply it. I don't know that it made me any happier though! LOL
