This was simply the worst Thai cook book ever. They should have named it "Simply food court Thai cookery" I tried a few dishes and was so disappointed the method is all wrong. I borrowed this book because it has such high ratings on good books but why? I make excellent Thai on my own and was looking for some fresh ideas or perhaps new perspectives, not in this book.
