Very good for interacting with the other parents and school personnel at your child's school. Covers some very tough "Politically Correct" issues with some much needed advice on dealing with those issues and why it is important (although difficult) to deal with them. This book can be used by anyone who wants to improve their interpersonal skills. Bravo to Ms. Wiseman for taking on some very serious and often ignored issues.
