Interesting topic, lots of unique pictures...I thought it was really an interesting book to know Japanese culture on foods.
It started well. As I read I started to wonder, feel puzzled, then very angry.
Many captions of pictures are wrong or misguiding. Rice balls and rice cakes are mixed or confused, etc.
I do wonder this author has ever been to Japan to research for this book. If a tourist makes a book after Japan trip, it'd be like this book.
As long as it's published as a book, especially for kids, I believe and hope contents should be more responsible and reliable.
So disappointed.
