This book is like a dictionary of paranormal terms. However, it reads as if the author is talking directly to you - which makes it easier to understand. There are many entries in this book that you will not find in other subject like books. Browne gives some entries based upon her own experiences and others, and some from here spirit guide. Even if you don't believe in ghost and past lives but want to better understand what in the world these people are saying, then I recommend this book for sure.
