a little disappointed & found it irritating how the time line jumped - it seemed to me that stories were inconsistent . I skimming much just to get past the minutia I felt was boring & redundant. Some aspects were good character study & development, then off the rails. I do not believe we really know anyone, even those closest to us & we're all in a changing state dependent on various experiences at different phases in life. Just my opinion.

I have read this and most of Sue Millers books 3 times each over the past 10 years. She is one of the best writers of real life scenarios about women.
