Excellent! Bought this book 20 years ago and have copies upstairs, downstairs, in my car; have given to friends and family. Well organized with chapters on common ailments from allergies to eyestrain, headaches, pain, sinus problems, etc. Excellent index. Easy to use because everything is illustrated twice: 1) simple anatomical drawing shows where acupressure points are and how to find them. 2) photographs show an actual person--woman or man--doing the pressure points. When I showed the book to my acupuncturist, she ordered a copy for her dad Back East! Then, my dental hygienist thanked me for the relief it gave his lower back pain!

This book is always available in the PlaneTree Health Information Center @ Cupertino Library. EA 714 G 1990
