Jamie Oliver is a very talented chef. All his books are great. There are not enough vegetarian dishes in his early cookbooks, but now online he offers recipes for all tastes including vegan, vegetarian, fish, chicken, beef and pork recipes. It is worth subscribing to Jamie Oliver's Foodtube online. It is free.

Jamie Oliver's first cookbook. Most of these recipes are a little complicated but all of the ones I've tried have been delicious. These come from a time when he was all about the food and not so much about causes.
