The basis of a Broadway musical. Tunes all telling a story, personal and semi-autobiographical. Sting's attention to detail and intensity in these tracks is apparent in each and every one of them. But three highlights would be track 3 "And Yet", track 4 "August Winds" and track 6 "Practical Arrangement". You've options...there is a Original Broadway Cast recording...or head to the internet and find any number of versions of these songs from various live performances.

Beautiful album. Rich with texture and emotion. Unique, with Sting using an array of lively instruments that you do not hear every day. Just lovely. Makes me appreciate Sting's artistry. He is an adventurer and never does anything expected. Some reviews here clearly missed the point. A+

The Music CD was okay – but not one of my favorites not worth the long library wait.

Truly a classical comeback after a break of ten years or so!

Meh. Sting's classic work is much better in my opinion. This is kinda generic and bland. Hope you like it though...
