A bird named Buster steals the show!

I'm afraid this series has exceeded its natural lifespan. I liked the first several (to the extent I can recall them.) But this one is really not good at all. Quite a burden if you are intent on finishing what you start.

If you like thief-narrators, I'd suggest Crashed--it's a much better book--and Junior Bender is a more interesting protagonist.
