An advanced upper body workout—many plank variations (side planks, pulsing planks, plank twists, etc.) Very effective for core and arms/shoulders/back. This is the most difficult of all of the Leah Sarago DVDs, in my opinion. You really build up strength by supporting your body in plank and push-up positions.
