Though I'm not a diehard metal-head, I enjoyed this one. It's a very interesting documentary that looks at metal's origins and its cultural impact. The metal "family tree" is interesting to go through as it features different subgenres of metal and the bands that belong to each. There's even a mini documentary that looks at the history of a particular branch from Norway. All in all, a very good doc to watch.

This documentary is about everything metal. Its fans, the culture, the environment, its roots, sexuality, gender, religion, and anything else you can think of you'll find it here. It's a great documentary and it will educate people who know nothing about metal.
