If you need to prepare for a disaster and don't know the first thing about it, this is the book to buy. It changed how I buy food and prepare it. I was able to transition to no GMO and organic. I advise testing the recipes first. Monthly restocked with a lead supply first in first out applies.

Make sure the yogurt you use to make has the correct bacillus. It did work with powdered milk. I found recipes in old cookbooks that required simple ingredients and added my own. The enchilada sauce could be no GMO. Organic tortillas, a can of chicken and some shredded cheese is all you need.
